Disaster Assistance (8) Ball is an online fortune teller. An anti-homage to North American disaster aid, ethics and aesthetics; out of when the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) asked Puerto Ricans to apply for aid through an online portal, during a critical power and telecommunication shutdown that lasted almost a year.
